2. Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

Information you provide directly

When you register for or use the Service, you may provide us with personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number. You may also provide preferences, configurations, and other inputs while using the Service. We collect only the information that is necessary to provide the features you choose to use.

Information collected through third-party authentication

We use third-party authentication providers to enable you to log in to the Service. When you authenticate through such a provider, we receive certain profile information from that provider, including your name, email address, and profile image, as permitted by the provider's terms and your privacy settings with that provider. We use this information solely to create and maintain your account on the Service.

Technical and usage information

When you use the Service, our servers automatically record certain technical information. This may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, and other usage statistics. This information is used for security monitoring, diagnosing technical issues, and improving the reliability of the Service. It is not used to build profiles or for advertising purposes.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including authenticating your identity and enabling access to features you are authorized to use.

  • To comply with applicable laws and regulations, and to enforce our Terms of Use.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not use your information for advertising or marketing purposes unrelated to the Service.

4. SMS communications

The Service includes an optional SMS notification feature. Participation is entirely voluntary. If you choose to provide your phone number and opt in to SMS communications, the following terms apply:

  • You will receive a one-time verification code via SMS to confirm your phone number before any other messages are sent.
  • After verification, you may configure the types of notifications you wish to receive. Message frequency depends on your selected preferences and will not exceed one message per configured alert type per trading day.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
  • Your mobile phone number will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party except to our SMS delivery provider, solely for the purpose of transmitting messages you have requested.
  • You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by removing your phone number from your account settings on the Service, or by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive no further messages. Reply HELP to any message for assistance.
  • Opting out of SMS does not affect your access to the Service.

5. Information sharing and disclosure

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. We work with third-party companies that help us operate the Service, including authentication providers, cloud hosting providers, database services, and SMS delivery services. These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request from a governmental authority.
  • Protection of rights. We may disclose information where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activity, suspected fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person.

6. Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you request deletion of your account or your personal data, we will remove your information within 30 days of verifying your identity, except where we are required by law to retain certain records. Aggregate or anonymized data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely for operational purposes.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS. Sensitive credentials and configuration values are stored in encrypted form and are never embedded in publicly accessible code. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and software providers to function. Each of these providers operates under its own privacy policy and terms of service, and we encourage you to review them. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties beyond the contractual obligations they have to us. Examples of the types of third-party services we use include identity and authentication providers, cloud computing and hosting services, managed database services, and SMS delivery platforms.
