By accessing or using the Service in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
MSF is a private, invite-only research platform that provides analytical outputs derived from publicly available macroeconomic and financial data. The Service presents information and data visualizations intended to help subscribers observe and analyze broad economic conditions over time. Access to the Service is restricted and may be granted or revoked at our sole discretion at any time and for any reason.
All content, outputs, data, visualizations, alerts, and other information provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other type of professional advice. Nothing on the Service should be construed as a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, asset, fund, commodity, or financial instrument of any kind.
The analytical outputs of the Service are derived from statistical and quantitative methods applied to historical data. Historical patterns are not indicative of future results. The outputs of the Service may be incorrect, incomplete, delayed, or otherwise unreliable. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial informational and research purposes only.

All content, design, data, software, methodologies, and other materials comprising or underlying the Service are the proprietary property of MSF or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted no ownership interest in any part of the Service. The Service may allow you to create, store, and retrieve certain personal configurations and inputs. You retain ownership of any content you create and store through the Service. By storing content through the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim any ownership rights over your personal inputs or configurations.
The Service offers an optional SMS notification feature. Use of this feature is subject to your explicit opt-in consent. By opting in, you agree to receive automated text messages at the phone number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by removing your phone number from your account settings or by replying STOP to any message. MSF is not liable for any failure to deliver SMS notifications due to carrier issues, network outages, incorrect phone numbers, or any other factors outside our reasonable control.
The Service incorporates data from publicly available third-party sources and relies on third-party infrastructure providers to operate. We do not control, endorse, or make any representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Any reliance you place on data obtained from or through the Service is at your own risk. Links to or integrations with third-party services are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement by MSF.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MSF DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT OR DATA AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MSF AND ITS OPERATORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID, IF ANY, TO ACCESS THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MSF and its operators, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the intent of the original provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MSF with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and MSF.
